Your Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business for direct sales focus on groups developing a commercial network within associations,
commerce chambers, universities, ethnic communities, etc.
- Develop and execute an annual sales plan to achieve quota and new customer acquisition goals
- Continually identify new prospective customers via requesting referrals and performing online research via industry
related websites
- Identify and proactively participate in industry specific user groups and other associations or industry meetings
- Follow up on all leads in an expeditious manner to qualify and turn into an opportunity or add as a contact to the
appropriate account
- Categorize and prioritize sales calls based on analysis of market share and revenue data, and other relevant data
- Customize content of, and presentations within, visits based on relevant data and information. Exercise independent
judgement within calls to ensure key messages and information is conveyed.
- Work closely with our Reservations department to follow up on existing opportunities
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with the virtual sales team and other key departments to develop
effective processes for working together to maximize sales productivity
- Prepare monthly sales reports

Your Key Skills and Knowledge:

- Fluency in spoken and written English (90%)
- 4 year university education, with preference of Tourism major
- 1+ year of relevant experience in the field of Tourism & Aviation
- Communication skills, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Must have own car
