Requirements include a High school diploma and previous call center experience in a sales capacity, or Hotel/Travel Industry reservations desirable, but not essential. You must be able to work within a rotating roster of shift work that includes evenings and weekends. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Spanish advance level, English 80%. Legal authorization to work in Mexico is a must.

Are adept at navigating between 2-3 conversations at the same time and type between 40-50 words per minute
